After completing her MBBS and internship from Padm. Dr. D.Y.Patil Medical College & Hospital, Nerul,Navi Mumbai in 2007, she did her DNB (Ophthalmology) from Sankara Eye Centre, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu from 2008-2011. She then pursued a fellowship in Phacoemulsification at Sankara Eye Hospital, Chennai followed by a fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology, Squint and Neuro-ophthalmology from 2012-2013. She has gained expertise in dealing with all types of pediatric ocular conditions and neuro-ophthalmology cases. She is proficient at performing Phacoemulsification, Pediatric cataracts, all types of squints, congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction procedures, ROP screening and management. She is also well trained to manage all types of adult squints and neurological conditions.Special attention is given for amblyopia in terms of ocular exercises and vision therapy by her.
